Replica of Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi temple constructed in Chandigarh
A replica of Ayodhya’s Ram temple has been constructed in Sector 34, Chandigarh, measuring 80 feet by 50 feet. This comes as preparations for the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya are underway with great enthusiasm across the country.
Ram Lalla Week for Chandigarh’s people
Under the guidance of Shri Ram Kripa Seva Trust, various events are scheduled for January 22 in Chandigarh. A “Ram Lalla Week” is being observed for the people of Chandigarh as they are not able to go to Ayodhya for the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony. To fulfill the wishes of every devotee to visit the Ram Lalla temple, the organizers have prepared a replica of the temple for them.
Kalash Yatra and Ram Bhajan Sandhya
Today, a Kalash Yatra will take place from the temple in Sector 23 and will culminate at Sector 34. More than 5,000 women will participate in the Kalash Yatra. Furthermore, “Ram Bhajan Sandhya” will be organized today evening, led by renowned bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal. The function is open for the Chandigarh people, with free entry.
